General information
We are offering outstanding candidates the opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team of sustainability professionals and support operational sustainability.
Within the framework of employment at the Installation Products division, you will be able to make significant contributions towards Industrial decarbonization and waste minimization and diversion. You will become a resource for the division and engage in projects across the region. Become a catalyst for achieving sustainability goals in our installation products division.
Your responsibilities
Implement the divisional sustainability function with Client's Mission to Zero - (Decarbonization Program) and Zero Waste to Landfill (Waste Reduction and Diversion Program).
Provide technical waste minimization and diversion support to regional sites and emerge as subject matter expert.
Engage with manufacturing sites to develop a Project charter, resource allocation, and budget management, and Cross-functional team coordination.
Regular site visits and hands-on technical support. Customized action plan development with site leadership.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving for local teams. Knowledge sharing workshops and capability building
Grow as a Liaison between corporate and site operations
Develop ELIP's Zero Waste to Landfill program progress dashboards.
Develop ELIP's Mission to Zero program progress dashboards.
Support Stakeholder presentations and communications
Develop business cases on carbon-neutral technological options.
Be curious and try new things.
Learn about how client works as a business and adds value to our manufacturing sites.
Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts, and other information.
Support research, analysis, and problem-solving using a variety of tools and techniques.
Produce high-quality work which adheres to the relevant professional standards.

Your background
Bachelor's or master's degree student in Engineering (mechanical, industrial, environmental, or sustainability)
Previous internship/full-time experience working at manufacturing sites, working as an Environmental engineer, Sustainability Engineer, manufacturing engineer, and/or Project Engineer.
Sound foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, energy efficiency projects, and project management.
Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated mindset and ability to work independently.
Solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
Highly conscientious individual with a keen sense of responsibility
Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
Valid Current Diving License.
Support divisional sustainability function with Life cycle assessments and environmental product declaration program. (inventory, verification, vendor management, process improvement)
Support Scope 1&2 emission reduction program for the region.
Demonstrate and adapt to steep learning curve.
Bachelor's or Master's degree student in Engineering
Previous internship/full-time experience working at manufacturing sites, working as Environmental engineer, Sustainability Engineer, LCA Analyst with Life cycle assessments study, environmental product declaration and/or circularity assessment.
Project management experience is a plus. Candidates who have been a part of Zero waste or Emissions reduction team is a plus as well.
Notes:
It's a mix, some onsite but mostly remote. The job can be done from anywhere.
There will be some travel, but it will be flexible and needs based.
