About the Job

Loopback Health is hiring an innovative and team-oriented Data Analyst within the Health System Solutions team to work on a blend of clinical, economic and operational datasets to answer questions across the healthcare delivery and life sciences value chain.

The Analysts role will be to inquire about the nature of the question being asked, distill the question into relevant data elements to represent, the visualization and delivery format, and presentation scheme to answer the client question at hand.

The ideal candidate will have experience interfacing with internal and external client teams, problem solving with peers, and possess a strong technical aptitude with good organizational skills and a desire to learn and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have excellent problem-solving skills and exhibit strong, fact-based communication skills. Duties to Include

  1. Distill complex business and technical requirements into viable analytical solutions
  2. Partner with subject matter experts to understand root cause patterns within data
  3. Data mapping, transformation and normalization
  4. Data visualization and interface/ manipulation development
  5. Analytics platform enhancements and toolset evaluations
  6. Troubleshooting and audit trail development

You bring a toolkit of your past experiences of:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or with Data Analytics tooling (e.g. Python, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) in a commercial capacity
  • Experience working with extremely large health care datasets
  • Demonstrated history of integrating multiple data sets to create unique insights
  • Implementing and designing data curation, and data analysis frameworks
  • Experience working across an array of stakeholders
  • Effective collaboration, experienced in creating technical partnerships across teams
  • Learning and understanding the various data domains across the enterprise and able to communicate complex relationships between clinical and business concepts across the enterprise and various stakeholders
  • Effectively delivering results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Documenting and testing results of your analytics efforts, engaging with QA and Delivery teams to satisfy client needs

Travel:

  • Expected to be minimal.
