Job description

Job Summary Under direction, interprets data to help organizations make informed decisions. Collects, processes, analyzes, and presents data for Contractor payment. Exercises no supervision.

Work Location City Tower - 100 W Houston, San Antonio, TX 78205 Work Hours 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday Essential Job Functions Collects, and analyzes data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Assists with data analysis to help identify patterns, trends, and anomalies

Applies statistical methods and data modeling techniques to interpret data and make predictions. Maintains databases and data collection systems for optimal data quality and efficiency. Communicates complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical audiences.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant data-driven solutions. Follows data privacy and security compliance in all data handling and processing activities. Optimizes and automates data analysis processes where possible to enhance efficiency.

May assist in the preparation of written reports, summaries, and presentations. Organizes and prepares written summaries of project reports and action plans in a timely manner. Organizes and maintains filing systems; maintain records related to specific area of assignment.

Creates Pay Requests for Horizontal Construction projects. Analyzes and evaluates construction related data entry. Communicates in, and between, departments regarding budget and project information.

Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office (specifically: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access) General understanding of environmental due diligence and state regulations.

Experience with management of environmental programs, such as COSA's Soil Relocation Policy, Municipal Setting Designation (MSD), risk assessments, etc. Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking. Experience with contract management.

Applicant Information Unless otherwise stated, applicants are permitted to substitute two years of related full-time experience for one year of higher education or one year of related higher education for two years of experience in order to meet the minimum requirements of the job. One year of full-time experience is defined as 30 or more hours worked per week for 12 months. One year of higher education is defined as 30 credit hours completed at an accredited college or university.
