Job description

Crew members are the ultimate team-player who have a passion for ensuring guests have a positive experience. As a locally recognized quick service restaurant chain, Biscuitville offers crew members the opportunity to work in fast-paced environment and perform a variety of tasks. Given the fast-paced work environment, crew members are required to work quickly and efficiently.

Crew members are accountable to successfully train and acquire the skills needed to perform a variety of positions in the restaurant. Primary duties consist of taking orders, preparing meals, packaging food items, and ringing up customer purchases. Secondary duties for crew members include preparing food and ingredients, opening and closing the store, and cleaning.

Crew members must be reliable for our restaurant operations to run smoothly. Crew members are expected to be courteous, friendly, and fast, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The ability to multitask during busy stretches of business and maintain quality of both food and services are essential to successfully developing the brand.
