This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, comfortable leading others, and interested in building a long-term career in environmental services.

  • Participate in training and obtain the required Florida pesticide applicator license

What We Are Looking For

  • Reliable and able to report to work consistently and on time
  • Comfortable supervising and working alongside a field crew
  • Willing to work outdoors in Florida heat, humidity, standing water, dense vegetation, and uneven terrain
  • Able to communicate clearly and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid Florida driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Able to travel to job locations throughout Palm Beach County
  • Willing to obtain an FDACS pesticide applicator license within six months; training and assistance are provided
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Committed to working safely in a Drug-Free Workplace

  • Heat and humidity
  • Standing water and muddy conditions
  • Uneven terrain
  • Wildlife and insects
  • Dense vegetation
  • Lifting, walking, bending, and operating field equipment

Applicants should understand that this is a physically active position and not an office-based supervisory role.

  • Paid training and licensing support
  • Opportunities for advancement into higher-level supervisory and project management roles
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
