Influencer Marketing Attorney (2–5 Years)
Creator Economy | Brand Deals | Sponsorship Agreements
We are a boutique law firm representing top digital talent in the creator economy. Our clients include leading influencers, content creators, and emerging media personalities closing sophisticated brand partnerships across platforms.
We’re hiring a mid-level attorney (2–5 years) with meaningful experience negotiating influencer marketing and sponsorship agreements.
What You’ll Do:
Draft and negotiate brand deals, ambassador agreements, and content licensing arrangements
Advise on usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting, FTC compliance, and IP ownership
Work directly with creators, talent managers and talent agents to structure commercially smart, protective agreements
What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years in entertainment, media, or advertising law
Significant hands-on experience with influencer/brand partnerships
Strong drafting skills and sharp business judgment
Ability to operate in a fast-moving, client-facing environment
This is not a volume-based practice. We take a strategic, high-touch approach to representing talent and expect the same level of rigor and polish from our attorneys.
Qualified candidates should submit a resume and brief description of relevant deal experience. If you do not have experience with influencer marketing, your application will not be considered.
