About the Opportunity:

Aviation ABA is seeking a BCBA / Director of In-Home ABA Services to lead and grow our in-home ABA program across Utah County. This leadership role is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about clinical excellence, program development, and team leadership — while maintaining a small, high-quality client caseload.

As the Director of In-Home ABA Services, you’ll oversee day-to-day field operations, provide clinical oversight to your team, and collaborate closely with executive leadership and management to drive growth, quality, and efficiency across our in-home division. You’ll play a key role in mentoring staff, refining systems, and helping guide Aviation ABA’s continued statewide expansion.

Director of In-Home ABA Services – Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

  • Oversee all in-home service operations across Utah County, including scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance.

  • Work closely with company leadership and management teams to align clinical, operational, and growth objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and in-home team members through supervision, coaching, and collaboration.

  • Develop and implement systems that promote consistency, communication, and operational excellence.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for in-home ABA program management, ensuring smooth coordination with the leadership team.

  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership to evaluate program performance and implement data-driven improvements.

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments, reassessments, and parent interviews.

  • Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

  • Supervise and support RBTs through direct observations, modeling, and feedback.

  • Maintain a small caseload to stay connected to families and ensure exceptional clinical quality.

  • Deliver parent and caregiver training using evidence-based strategies.

  • Monitor program data, ensure fidelity of implementation, and make data-driven adjustments.

  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, Utah regulations, and Aviation ABA quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Current BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility)

  • Minimum 2+ years of BCBA experience (in-home or clinic setting)

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field

  • Proven leadership or management experience in ABA preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both clinical and executive leadership

  • Reliable transportation for in-home travel throughout Utah County

  • Preferred: Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain)
