The Phoenix Recovery Center is growing and we're looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and proactive, and wants to build a long-term career with a mission-driven organization. You'll work closely with our leadership team to keep daily operations running smoothly while helping support quality client care.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Set schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Manage clinician schedules
  • Support leadership with daily operations
  • Complete audits, reports, and compliance tracking
  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Organize medical records and administrative documents
  • Help maintain an organized and professional office environment
  • Assist with state licensing and accreditation requirements
  • Help transport clients to and from outpatient treatment
