About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a valuable role on the team by supporting clinical staff through clerical, administrative, and business functions. This role helps reduce workload pressure on clinical teams by managing appointments, organizing documentation, welcoming visitors, and serving as the front-facing representative of the facility.
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and organize appointments for staff and clients
Welcome visitors and serve as the front face of the facility
Perform clerical and administrative duties to support clinical operations
Handle business and administrative details to improve workflow efficiency
Assist with documentation, filing, and office organization
Support billing-related processes and maintain accurate records
Utilize Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Maintain a professional and organized office environment
Assist clinical staff with administrative needs and coordination
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Preferred experience in a medical office with understanding of billing documents and medical terminology
CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain prior to working with clients
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
