Job description

Description:

ImageMark is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Digital Press Operator to join our first-shift production team. This role runs our digital inkjet envelope press and supports digital finishing operations, helping ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This is a hands-on production role ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and being part of a team.

Requirements:

Responsibilities 

• Set up and operate a digital inkjet envelope press, including job makeready, color/registration checks, and inline quality inspection

• Operate and support digital finishing equipment (e.g., digital die cutting, folding, and inserting) to complete jobs to spec

• Review job tickets and production specifications to confirm paper stock, quantities, and finishing requirements before and during runs

• Monitor print quality throughout the run and make adjustments to maintain consistent output; flag issues to a shift lead or management

• Perform routine press maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime

• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and completeness

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Support on-time delivery by meeting production deadlines


Requirements 

• Printing and/or Press operating experience is a plus, but not required

• Manufacturing, production, or hands-on shop experience preferred

• Willingness to learn equipment, processes, and quality standards

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed

• Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent first-shift schedule

• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and positive mindset
