Job description

We are a growing Farmers Insurance Agency focused on delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and building lasting relationships by offering customized protection solutions. We are looking for a high energy insurance producer to join our team.


As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and offering consultative solutions across multiple lines of insurance (P&C, life, health, commercial, etc.).

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through networking, referrals, marketing, and outreach.


Retain and expand business with existing clients via cross-selling and periodic reviews.


Provide consultative guidance regarding coverage options, risk management, and regulatory compliance


Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the agencys CRM or management system.


Stay current with industry trends, product changes, and regulatory updates in California.


Requirements

Active California insurance license(s) in relevant lines (e.g. Property & Casualty, Life & Health).


One year of sales experience (insurance industry preferred).


Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.


Self-motivated and goal-oriented


Proficiency with office tools (MS Office, CRM software, quoting systems).


Bilingual (Spanish speaking a plus)
