Position Overview:

The AI Enablement Lead is accountable for driving measurable business results through AI adoption across Elwood Staffing. This role owns the execution of AI-enabled improvements in recruiter productivity, customer experience, operational efficiency, and sales effectiveness-not just education or facilitation.

Rather than acting as a consultant or advisor, the AI Enablement Lead identifies, implements, and scales AI solutions that deliver tangible outcomes. This role works directly with branch teams, field leadership, and corporate functions to embed AI into daily workflows, ensure adoption, and track realized value.

The ideal candidate is early in their career (2+ years), highly execution-oriented, tech-savvy, and motivated by impact. They do not need to build AI models but must be able to translate AI capabilities into real operational gains and hold teams accountable for using them.

Essential Functions:

AI-Driven Business Outcomes (Primary Accountability)

  • Own delivery of measurable improvements from AI use cases.
  • Define success criteria and ensure results are achieved.
  • Correct or retire underperforming AI initiatives.

AI Use Case Identification & Execution

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives from concept through adoption.

Adoption & Behavior Change Ownership

  • Ensure AI tools are embedded in daily workflows.
  • Hold teams accountable for adoption commitments.

Training with Performance Accountability

  • Deliver role-based AI training tied directly to outcomes.
  • Reinforce learning through follow-ups and usage checks.

AI Program Management & Scaling

  • Manage multiple AI initiatives with clear milestones.
  • Scale proven use cases across the organization.

Governance, Risk & Responsible Use

  • Enforce AI usage and data protection policies.
  • Identify and escalate compliance or risk concerns.

Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track KPIs tied to AI impact.
  • Report outcomes and refine strategy.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, technology enablement, analytics, training, or process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn technology into measurable business results.
  • Strong working knowledge of generative AI tools.
  • Ability to influence behavior without formal authority.
  • Effective communication and strong analytical skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience driving productivity or change initiatives.
  • Exposure to KPI development or ROI analysis.
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, operations, or sales.
