Are you a Kansas-licensed solo or small-firm estate planning attorney tired of wearing every hat-marketer, intake coordinator, office manager, and lawyer? If you'd rather spend your time advising clients instead of worrying about where the next one will come from, this independent contractor opportunity may be an excellent fit.

Through our Network Attorney Program, we partner with experienced estate planning attorneys across Kansas, handling client acquisition and back-office support so you can focus on high-quality legal work while stabilizing and growing your practice.ziprecruiter+1

  • Experience advising clients on wills, trusts, POAs, beneficiary designations, and probate/estate administration issues in Kansas
  • Strong client communication skills; able to explain complex planning concepts in clear, accessible terms
  • Comfortable working with technology, standardized processes, and remote consultations when appropriate

Compensation & Structure

  • Independent contractor (1099) engagement
  • Flexible, part-time workload that fits alongside your existing Kansas practice
