About the Role
We are hiring an Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position for someone who is ready to start building professional experience in sales, customer service, and client relations.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide training for the role and are looking for dependable, motivated candidates who are comfortable speaking with people face-to-face and eager to learn.
This position is best suited for someone who has full-time availability and is ready to work in a professional office/team environment.
Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you will:
  •  Speak with customers in a professional and friendly manner 
  •  Provide information about products and services 
  •  Answer customer questions and assist with basic concerns 
  •  Help customers with sign-ups, account updates, or service options 
  •  Support daily customer service and sales goals 
  •  Work with the team to maintain a positive customer experience 
  •  Learn company processes, client information, and sales best practices 
  •  Represent the company in a professional manner
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are:
  •  Entry-level and open to training 
  •  Reliable, professional, and punctual 
  •  Comfortable working with customers face-to-face
