The CBTS is a core member of the courseware development team and works directly with Instructional System Designers (ISD), Multimedia Specialists (MMS)/Graphic Artists (GA), Programmers, Quality Control Specialists (QCS), and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to assist in the design and development of instructionally sound training solutions for the United States Navy (USN).
The ideal candidate has prior Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Interactive Courseware (ICW) development experience on a courseware development team. In addition, the ideal candidate is proficient in Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) authoring tools, such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity at Corry Station Pensacola. Top Secret (TS) Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance and a polygraph are required.
