Responsibilities

●      Meet virtually (Zoom) with hiring managers and candidates to understand needs

●      Learn to source, screen, and match candidates to roles

●      Build long-term client and candidate relationships through consistent follow-up

●      Stay current on hiring trends and recruitment tools

●      Collaborate remotely with a supportive team toward shared placement goals
