We are now accepting applications for a Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing teamThis position is an entry-level role and is great for someone starting their career in Marketing. Position is located at our corporate office in Las Vegas and is fully in office, Monday through Friday.

Essential Functions: 

  • Responsible for supporting the execution and coordination of marketing operations, event logistics, and administrative functions to ensure seamless departmental performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversees accounting and budgeting functions including CAPS/EPS mailing account management, budget tracking, supply ordering, maintenance requests, invoicing, and monthly expense reporting. Coordinates new vendor setup processes.
  • Provides comprehensive support for event marketing initiatives, including packaging and shipment logistics, event coordination, on-site setup and breakdown, and maintaining both the intranet and master event calendars.
  • Manages sponsorship and donation processing, ensuring timely and accurate tracking and fulfillment.
  • Administers the Logo Store, including inventory oversight and billing reconciliation.
  • Coordinates conference and meeting space logistics, including calendar management, request processing, and AV technical support liaison.
  • Prepares agendas and materials for team and Line of Business (LOB) meetings, ensuring alignment and readiness.
  • Monitors and manages departmental mailboxes, including NSB Marketing, NSB Events, and NSB Communication, and initiates Workfront requests as needed.
  • Supports ticketing operations, including drafting and distribution of host tickets.
  • Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field and some experience in product marketing, preferably in a banking/financial services industry. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. 
  • Basic knowledge of strategic thinking, project management, and banking products preferred.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and thorough, with a strong sense of responsibility. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Responsive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personal style for effectiveness with colleagues.
