Job Description

The Production Worker will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce products according to specifications. This includes setting up machines, monitoring the production process, and performing quality checks to ensure products meet standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and equipment for production.
  • Assist in Production tasks

Essential Skills

  • General production experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds multiple times during a shift.

Work Environment

Work involves constant standing, moderate to heavy lifting (20-50 pounds), and bending. Exposure to noise and dust. Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection are mandatory, with jeans and long sleeves recommended.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring Valley, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
