The firmwide marketing team at Blackstone oversees a wide range of projects and strategies focused on strengthening the Blackstone brand and supporting our business groups. The team is responsible for areas including:

  • The firm's digital channels (website, social media) and paid promotion efforts
  • Content marketing to support fund raises and events

2023 Firmwide Marketing, Summer Analyst
Job Description:
We're looking for a smart, entrepreneurial Summer Analyst to support Blackstone's firmwide marketing function. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Creating content for external facing communications, including blog posts, webpages, social media posts, email marketing efforts, brochures, etc.
  • Partnering with digital / social teams to effectively distribute content across platforms
  • Helping coordinate campaign execution, including partnering with video and design teams and writing and editing copy for multi-channel digital campaigns, including display, native, paid social, paid search and web
  • Providing analytical support to identify trends and insights, including reporting on web traffic and user engagement

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management and planning skills
  • Skilled storytellers who have a passion for communicating and distilling complex topics
  • Interested in understanding campaign development, paid / owned distribution, and marketing analytics
  • Highly motivated individual ready to assist with any and all assignments
  • Team oriented and comfortable interacting with all levels of management
  • Past marketing, content creation and/or writing experience is preferred (e.g., experience using Salesforce, WordPress, LinkedIn and/or other social media platforms, etc.)

Requirements:
To be considered for the 2023 Summer Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
  • Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2023 - Spring 2024
  • Resume must include expected graduation month / year and GPA

Expected annual base salary range:
$60,000 - $70,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
