Job Summary:
SIRITECH SOLUTIONS CORP is seeking an entry-level Web Applications Programmer to support enterprise reporting and dashboard development in a data-driven environment. The role involves gathering business requirements, performing data extraction and transformation, and developing interactive dashboards while collaborating with stakeholders to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to identify reporting and system requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, business needs, and functional specifications
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and integration activities to support reporting accuracy
• Support maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting of reporting dashboards and automated reports
• Assist in documenting business requirements, workflows, process models, and system specifications
• Participate in testing activities including system validation, enhancement testing, and issue verification
• Troubleshoot software and reporting issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
• Maintain automated reports supporting operational and financial management systems
• Support financial systems analysis and reporting operations using SQL and reporting tools
• Utilize tools such as Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, Informatica, and Snowflake to support reporting and data operations
• Assist with risk tracking, issue tracking, and project support documentation
• Learn and apply enterprise data integration, modernization, and reporting practices
• Enter, maintain, and update support records and tracking systems accurately
• Support quality improvement initiatives and documentation review activities
• Communicate with internal users regarding support requests, reporting issues, and resolution updates
• Support business process improvement and operational reporting initiatives
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 13 Years of Total Required Experience in Years
• Seeking an entry-level Web Applications Programmer to support enterprise reporting, dashboard development, business analysis, and system modernization initiatives in a data-driven environment
• Foundational expertise in data analysis, Power BI, SQL, dashboard development, business analysis, and data cleansing
• Gathering business requirements, performing data extraction and transformation, developing interactive dashboards, supporting testing and troubleshooting activities, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve reporting and operational efficiency

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of IT experience in systems support, reporting, or data analysis
• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard and data visualization platforms
• Basic SQL and relational database knowledge
• Experience with data querying, extraction, cleansing, and transformation activities
• Knowledge of Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic troubleshooting and software support experience
• Understanding of system testing, validation, and quality assurance concepts
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends, issues, or reporting insights
• Willingness to learn Informatica, Snowflake, and modern data integration technologies
• Equivalent technical training or work experience accepted
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills required
Preferred:
• Willingness to learn modern enterprise data platforms and reporting technologies
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
