Job description

"This position requires a pre-employment, post-accident, and reasonable-suspicion drug screen. Because this role requires [driving/operating machinery/safety-sensitive tasks], it is exempt from restrictions on testing for marijuana. Applicants must test negative for marijuana/THC to be considered for employment."


As a Warehouse Export Associate at SMC, you will support the preparation and fulfillment of export customer orders as well as harbor stock shipments and just-in-time (JIT) orders. Your main focus will be on staging, labeling, and loading products while assisting with USDA export requirements. This entry-level role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn specialized order fulfillment procedures. By working closely with supervisors, inspectors, and teammates, you will help ensure that shipments leave the warehouse accurately, safely, and on time.


Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math for labeling and order checks.

  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely.

  • Willingness to follow warehouse safety procedures and USDA export guidelines.
