Job Description

This position supports pharmacy compounding operations in a controlled cleanroom environment by accurately picking, counting, and packing medical supplies and components. You will work with strict quality, cleanliness, and documentation standards to ensure that all orders meet regulatory and company requirements while maintaining a highly organized and compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and count medical supplies and components for pharmacy compounding orders with a high level of accuracy.
  • Accurately pack and label orders in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment while consistently following all gowning, hygiene, and cleanliness requirements.
  • Read and interpret pick tickets, labels, and basic written instructions to complete orders correctly.
  • Maintain organization and accuracy when handling sensitive medical supplies and components.
  • Safely climb ladders to retrieve items from top shelving when required.
  • Inspect products for accuracy, completeness, and damage prior to packing and shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area at all times.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support general warehouse and cleanroom activities such as inventory handling, order entry assistance, kitting, labeling, and basic cleaning as needed.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading, unloading, and verifying materials when required.

Essential Skills

  • Experience working in a cleanroom, controlled environment, or similar setting that requires strict hygiene and cleanliness practices.
  • Ability to perform accurate order picking, packing, and packaging of medical or general warehouse products.
  • Proficiency with inventory handling, including counting, organizing, and tracking materials.
  • Capability to read and interpret pick tickets, labels, and basic written instructions in English.
  • Comfort using RF scanners or similar handheld devices for order picking and inventory control.
  • Strong attention to detail when inspecting products for accuracy and damage.
  • Ability to work on your feet, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
  • Capability to safely use ladders to access higher shelving when needed.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in medical assembly, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical compounding support.
  • Experience in warehouse packing, shipping and receiving, or general labor roles.
  • Familiarity with kitting processes and assembling components into complete orders.
  • Exposure to order entry systems or basic data entry related to inventory and orders.
  • Experience with labeling, inspection, and documentation for regulated products.
  • Previous use of forklifts or other material-handling equipment in a warehouse setting.
  • Comfort working around medical supplies and understanding basic medical terminology.

Pay and Benefits
