Job description

Job Summary:

The Redi-To-Serve Warehouse Associate primary responsibility will be loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment

• Ensure that each shipment is accurately identified, counted, and checked for damages

• Organize and stack inventory in a manner that ensures maximum space utilization and accessibility

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and following safety protocols

• Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring that all maintenance and safety checks are up to date

• Assist with other warehouse tasks as required, such as pulling daily orders and restocking inventory

• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred

• Experience with operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other small equipment

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
