Our Retail HVAC Installation Tech - HVAC Installer Helper earns a competitive wage of $21 per hour (probationary period is paid at $17 until the employee is fully trained), while working a stable Monday through Friday schedule of 40 hours plus overtime.

Additionally, we provide top-tier benefits after 60 days of employment, including health, dental, vision, life, long- and short-term disability, critical illness, accident insurance, First Stop Health, a 401(k), paid time off (PTO), 6 paid holidays per year, paid birthdays off, and bereavement pay.
