Job description

This position is for an entry-level to mid-level technician with at least 1 year of experience in the following

  • Supporting Microsoft environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Virtual computing envirnments (Vmware, XenServer, Hyper-V, other)
  • Remote support tools
  • Software deployment tools
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Installing/managing printers
  • VDI
  • Backups

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with a ticketing system and supporting users remotely.  Experience at an MSP is preferred but not required.

Applicant must live in Miami area and have transportation.
