Job description

We are seeking an entry level Graduate Architect to join our growing team in the Austin, TX office.

In this position you will work on projects of all types and sizes across various public and private markets.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of architectural documents including plans, specifications, visualizations, and reports.
  • Generate designs and visualizations using Autodesk REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Twinmotion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Qualifications
  • 5-year professional Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture and on licensure track.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as an integral part of the team.
  • Good verbal communication and technical writing skills.
Additional Minimum Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of experience working in an architectural firm.
  • Willingness to learn and take personal pride in succeeding at any task undertaken.
  • Interest in professional growth within a design‑oriented studio setting offering a comfortable and equitable working environment.
  • Passion for innovation and a desire to implement sustainable and resilient design solutions leveraging the latest industry technology.

Physical Demands

Hand‑eye coordination is necessary to operate a computer, keyboard, and mouse. A telephone headset may be required for virtual communication with team members through Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams. The employee may be required to sit for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks involving hands/fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
