Role Description This TikTok/Reels Video Content Creation Intern role is an internship position based in Atlanta, GA with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing most tasks to be completed from home. The intern will plan, film, and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels that showcases Sugar Cilantroโ€™s clothing, brand values, and behind-the-scenes process. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming concepts, creating content independently, participating in on-site shoots, capturing and organizing video assets, editing videos for mobile-first formats, and writing engaging captions and on-screen text. The intern will also assist with posting schedules, tracking basic performance metrics, and adapting content based on audience engagement.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively, take feedback, and convey ideas clearly.
  • Skills in web content writing and writing, with the ability to craft concise, engaging captions and on-screen copy for short-form video.
  • Understanding of content strategy and content management, including planning, organizing, and repurposing content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram features, trends, and best practices, including comfort in front of or behind the camera.
  • Basic video shooting and editing skills using mobile apps or entry-level editing software.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and an interest in fashion, size inclusivity, or small-batch clothing.
  • Ability to work part-time, commute to Atlanta, GA as on occasion, and manage deadlines in a hybrid environment.
  • Previous experience creating content for personal or brand social media accounts
  • MUST BE a college student eligible for credit- as this role is unpaid.
