As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to our client’s success by identifying leaders who drive growth. You will do this through researching, networking, and building relationships with top leadership talent across the nation.

Candidate Search:

  • Partners with external clients to gain an understanding of position requirements
  • Partners with internal team members to create strategic sourcing plans and project plans to deliver results
  • Assess candidate’s capabilities against client’s needs by conducting phone or video interviews.
  • Presents qualified candidates to lead team members and/or works directly with clients.
  • Ensures internal and client processes are adhered to at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Client Relationship:

  • Participates in client video intake conversations to understand client needs and preferred search processes.
  • Build/nurture client relationships by establishing as a partner/external HR team member relationship. 
  • Conveys the Kaizen HR Solutions value proposition to new clients while participating/leading new business presentations to develop own client base from client/candidate referrals.
  • Serves as a firm representative by participating in industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Three or more years in recruiting, human resources, or operations management experience
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication skills, and customer service/relationship management orientation
  • Hand-on tech-savvy and experience using reference materials, databases, online searches, as well as the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work remotely and shift/re-prioritize at a moment's notice with changing needs
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and deadline-driven work ethic
