We are currently seeking Driller's Helpers to join our team. Our entry level role will take you to the Alaska region, where you will learn new skills, build life-long friendships, and earn serious money as an entry-level Drillers Offsider.
The positions are on the job training and merit-based promotions, we aim to build the next generation of Drillers with you.

Learn, Earn, Grow, Belong!

Working directly with our highly skilled Drillers, assisting and learning all aspects of underground drilling, while delivering exceptional services to our valued client.

Working a 4 weeks on; 2 weeks off rotating schedule of days and nights, 12 hours a day or more at a remote campsite. Extreme conditions, including but not limited to, extreme and changing weather conditions, dust, mud, varying levels of noise, varying degrees of light and dark, in and around artificial light and in a confined work area.

Employees are required to stay on site at the client provided camp during the work rotation. Camp facilities provide dining service, games room, exercise & weight room, sauna, and accommodation rooms. Dormitory rooms have a land line phone, Wi-Fi & TV. Cell service is available through Wi-Fi.

Position Requirements

  • Required to pass a full physical medical assessment and lab drug & alcohol screen.
  • Required to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts at a remote mine site.
  • Ability to work in an extremely physically demanding position in remote and challenging environments.
  • Strong commitment to safety and team communication.
