Job description

THE ROLE — PLAIN AND SIMPLE

This is a frontline sales position where you conduct vacation ownership tours for pre-qualified guests. Our marketing teams generate and schedule the leads — your job is to build rapport, present our points-based vacation ownership program, and close the sale. The training is structured, the tour flow is consistent, and the commission plan rewards performance.

You are not waiting around for one tour a day. You are meeting people, learning what they want, and closing. If that sounds like the environment where you do your best work, keep reading.

Consultants in their first full year are targeted to earn $80,000–$120,000. Our tenured top performers regularly hit $300,000+.

WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

  • Walk guests through the resort property and Sales Gallery on a structured tour at scheduled times
  • Present the Holiday Inn Club Vacations points program and tailor your recommendation to each family's real vacation needs — discovery-first, consultative selling
  • Handle objections and close — this is a performance-based role with real expectations
  • Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions — this is a job where you keep learning even after year one
  • Participate in sales manager ride-alongs and performance reviews as part of our development program

WHO SUCCEEDS HERE

We hire from multiple backgrounds with similar skills and characteristics which can build six-figure careers here. Whether you're an experienced vacation ownership professional who knows the tour cycle and wants a high-traffic environment with a brand they can be proud of; or a motivated game changer from retail, hospitality, real estate, or B2C sales who has already proven they can connect with people and close, and wants to put their skills into a higher-earning category. What matters most: you are someone who shows up, stays coachable, and maintains belief in the process.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Active Florida Real Estate License
  • High School Diploma or GED (higher education encouraged but not required)
  • Strong oral communication and listening skills
  • Positive, high-energy professional attitude
  • Self-directed and motivated — you don't need to be micromanaged to perform
  • Collaborative mindset — our best reps make the whole team better

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • EARNINGS: $100,000–$300,000+/year • Commission-based • Paid biweekly
  • HEALTH: Comprehensive Health, Dental & Vision • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • TIME OFF: Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • PERKS: IHG Hotel & Resort Discounts • Company Perks Portal • Tuition Reimbursement • Club Go
  • GROWTH: 401(k) • Growth path toward Leadership roles • Tuition Reimbursement
