This position is ideal for mid to senior-level UX professionals to join the Platform Experiences (PEX) team as a UX Designer, shaping the future of digital orthodontics and restorative dentistry. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll provide intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences across our product ecosystem—including Invisalign, iTero, and exocad platforms. This role is vital in redefining digital dentistry through innovation, empathy, and design excellence.

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to define and deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that align with the Align Design System (ADS).
  • Conduct and apply user research insights to inform design decisions.
  • Participate in design critiques and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure design consistency and accessibility across platforms (web, mobile, and desktop).
  • Support the development team by providing clear specifications and guidance during implementation.
