Role: UX Designer
Location: Remote
Job Description:
The Digital UX Designer works with both business and development teams to enable the execution of the digital user experiences in accordance with our delivery cadence. This role will assist in the optimization of the current digital customer journey by delivering the agreed upon vision to our development teams while fostering a test and learn mentality.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Delivers wireframes and mockups that align to our Digital UX strategy and brand standards
  • Creates high-fidelity mockups for responsive web experiences across desktop and mobile
  • Acts as a stakeholder to our development teams regarding UX Design and Accessibility Standards
  • Collaborates with other UX Designers to push forward the creation and assessment of new digital experiences
  • Assists with user testing on prototypes and designs
  • Proactively brings UI/UX ideas to the team to tackle consumer challenges
  • Contributes to the creation of our design system, and help establish best practices that enable efficient design and development

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of working experience in UI/UX in a digital product and experience environment
  • Working knowledge of UX design principles
  • Demonstrated understanding of design for native mobile and responsive web interfaces
  • Familiarity with user testing
  • Experience with a variety of design tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, ProtoPie, Adobe CC
  • Consumer-centric mindset
  • Highly flexible and willing to adjust to needs that arise in the marketplace or shifting priorities
