As a UX Designer, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Use participatory design methods (e.g., paper prototyping, co-creation sessions, card sorting) to uncover vision, business models, assumptions, and implicit knowledge about user needs and behaviors

·       Translate abstract problems into structured solution roadmaps by asking thoughtful, probing questions

·       Capture insights from stakeholders and validate findings to ensure alignment and accuracy

·       Conduct user research to understand user needs, mental models, and workflows

·       Synthesize research findings and create clear visualizations that communicate key insights around user and customer behaviors

·       Develop annotated wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate user experience and application behavior

·       Lead and influence cross-functional discussions on current UX initiatives and the broader

Educational Qualifications: -

·       Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field

·       8+ years of experience in UX/design

Industry Experience: -

·       Experience in designing for the healthcare industry is highly desired

·       Proven experience working in enterprise and complex environments

Technical Expertise

·       Strong understanding of Agile and Lean UX methodologies
