  • Design UX for an HR chatbot initiative
  • Contribute to a greenfield design system build
  • Flex across additional web and mobile design needs as they arise

Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Development, and cross-functional teams to align design with business and technical goals
  • Adapt quickly across different teams and project contexts as a floating resource

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on UX/UI design experience (not primarily research-focused)
  • Proficiency in Figma

  • Experience with larger company environments where strong design standards are key
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for booking/reservation systems
  • Experience contributing to or building design systems
  • Experience with chatbot or conversational UX
  • Hospitality, gaming, or large enterprise experience
