Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Associate UX Designer for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in Rockville, MD.
Seeking entry-level UX designer with keen problem solving skills, fueled by curiosity and user empathy. Join our firm's UX practice to solve complex problems and deliver exceptional user experiences. You'll work on cross-functional teams from discovery to launch, building product features using modern tools and AI to work smarter and deliver measurable value.
Looking for someone wanting to push development by sharpening design skills and enhancing research skills.
Responsibilities :
  • Help design intuitive, scalable solutions in Figma or equivalent within our design system
  • Assist with user research and capture insights for actionable product improvements
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate prototyping and influence product strategy
  • Balance innovation with consistency across multiple products
  • Communicate design decisions clearly
  • Be flexible, adaptable, and resourceful in the face of shifting priorities
  • Champion usability
Required Skills :
  • 1-3 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio
  • Openness to working with or experience working with AI-powered design tools
