Job description

This is NOT an entry-level, apprentice, or quick-lube position. Experienced technicians only.

About the Dealership

We are a family-owned Toyota dealership, not a public company, currently expanding into a new, state-of-the-art service facility. Our service department operates at high volume with consistent, year-round work and a strong mix of customer pay, warranty, and internal repairs.

We invest in our technicians, support continued training and certifications, and run a professional shop focused on fair dispatching, productivity, and respect for the trade.

Position Overview

We are hiring Mid-Level and Master Automotive Technicians to support continued growth. This role is ideal for technicians who can work independently, diagnose accurately, and consistently turn hours.

Compensation is productivity-based with no cap. Technicians who perform well can earn $85,000–$150,000+ annually, depending on experience, certifications, and hours produced.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles to factory and dealership standards
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs efficiently
  • Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and productivity
  • Accurately document work performed on repair orders
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Work within a fair dispatch system designed to maximize technician efficiency
  • Stay current with Toyota systems, tools, and evolving technology

Qualifications (Experienced Technicians Only)

  • Proven automotive technician experience (mid-level or master level)
  • ASE Certifications preferred
  • Toyota Certification strongly preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
  • Valid driver’s license

Entry-level, apprentice, and quick-lube candidates should not apply.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Highly competitive, productivity-based pay with no earning cap
  • $85K–$150K+ earning potential
  • Union position with full union benefits
  • Consistent year-round workflow
  • Paid Toyota factory training
  • Support for ASE and Toyota certification advancement
  • Brand-new facility with modern diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Comprehensive benefits package

Why Join Us

  • Family-owned dealership with hands-on leadership
  • Fair dispatching and consistent shop hours
  • Technicians treated as skilled professionals — not numbers
  • Long-term career stability and growth opportunities
