What you'll Do
  • UX Research & Discovery: Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to uncover pain points, validate assumptions, and inform design decisions for enterprise workflows and case management solutions.
  • Ideation, Wireframing & Prototyping: Design user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive experiences.
  • Iterative Design & Validation: Present concepts and prototypes to clients and internal teams, gather feedback, and refine designs through iterative cycles to ensure usability, accessibility, and alignment with project goals.
  • Design Systems & UI Standards: Develop and maintain reusable UI components, design systems, and interface patterns to ensure consistency, scalability, and cross-platform cohesion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and government stakeholders in agile delivery environments to shape requirements, user journeys, and implementation-ready designs.
  • Agile Product Delivery: Support sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement sessions, and reviews while translating UX strategy into production-ready assets that support successful product delivery.

What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Design, HCI, Digital Media, or similar field.
  • Must have a UX Professional Certification (NN/g, HFI, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes and final UI design work.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple design tasks in agile environments.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience designing Case Management or workflow-based solutions.
  • Experience working with government clients or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with user research methods and tools.
  • Ability to contribute to design systems.
  • Motion design or advanced prototyping is a plus.
