Legal Assistant for Boutique Law Firm in Irvine, seeks a Japanese speaking associate attorney

We are a boutique law firm offering a collaborative and multicultural environment. Our practice spans corporate, personal injury, litigation, trust & estate, and cross-border matters involving Japanese and American clients.

We are seeking a bilingual (Japanese-English) licensed attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both languages and experience or interest in handling U.S.-Japan legal matters. This position offers significant client interaction, diverse casework, and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide legal advice and representation in areas such as corporate law, personal injury, trust & estate or litigation
  • Draft and review contracts and legal documents in both Japanese and English
  • Communicate with Japanese clients and legal counterparts
  • Conduct legal research and analysis for cross-border matters
  • Support senior attorneys with case management and client development

Qualifications:
