What You'll Do Here:

This is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to launch their career in workplace operations, office management, and event planning. We are seeking a diligent and proactive Workplace & Events Coordinator to ensure our Scottsdale office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various operational tasks, maintain a welcoming and organized workspace, and lead event planning and execution. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily Operations: Manage and oversee the smooth daily operation of the office, leading a variety of administrative functions.
  • Workplace Operations: Oversee employee in-office experience, conference room, kitchen supplies, and mail management to ensure everything is organized and well-stocked.
  • Event Coordination: Planning and hosting in-office, annual company retreat, and virtual company-wide events, handling logistics and coordination to ensure success. 
  • Administrative Support: Manage and reconcile spreadsheets related to budgets, facilities, swag inventory, employee perks, and daily Slack posts.

What You Bring:

  • Internship, campus leadership, hospitality, customer service, event planning, or office administration and coordination experience
  • Proficiency in using software such as Slack, Canva, and Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to work full-time with the possibility of occasional adjustments based on office needs
