Responsibilities
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Attend training and continuing education courses/in person and virtual.
  • Handle customer renewals.

Requirements
  • License preferred -willing to train- licensing assistance available.
  • 1 year of prior customer service experience is required
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly in English and Spanish to cater to diverse clientele.
  • Must be comfortable cold calling
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
