ABOUT THIS CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Black and McDonald's Ottawa team is growing and are looking for an entry level Service Coordinator!

If you are committed, collaborative professional looking to contribute to a hardworking, innovative team, this opportunity is for you! This position will report to the Facility Services Supervisor and will be responsible for assisting in the execution of operations and maintenance contracts for the Service Division. Training will be provided.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Updates on work in progress and completion deadlines
  • Coordination of project completion
  • Subcontractor scope, communication, scheduling, service reports and follow-up
  • Purchase order management of open work
  • Deficiency & equipment assessment reports
  • Reporting and service report tracking
  • Recommendation and repair reporting
  • Updating and completion of tasking for current contracts
  • New client setup forms
  • Security clearance updates and customer access requirements
  • Client operation manual updates and tracking
  • Health and safety statistics tracking and reporting

The expected salary range for this role is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year. The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate's qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Base pay is one component of Black & McDonald's total rewards package. Total rewards vary by position and may include additional offerings such as group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual discretionary bonus, career development programs, and other HR programs.
