Job description

Position: Entry Level Technician I

Location: Baltimore, MD

Overview:

As a full‑time Entry Level Technician at our Baltimore location, you’ll play a vital role in our daily operations. No prior experience is required — we will train & certify the right person who demonstrates patience, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn.

Please do not apply if you plan to maintain a separate day job. This position often requires overtime and sustained mental focus, which cannot be maintained when working a full day shift in addition to a night shift.

Your employment begins with a 30–90 day probationary period, during which you will learn essential tools, skills, and procedures. After successfully completing this period, you become eligible for certifications, a promotion to Technician, and a pay increase.

This role also provides a clear pathway to Supervisor and Operations positions, where you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team. Your advancement speed depends entirely on your performance, dedication, and readiness to take on greater responsibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Pressure washing.
  • Manual scrapping and removal of grease
  • Chemical Application for grease removal
  • lifting heavy equipment, working in inclement weather.
  • Working with and climbing ladders
  • Working in confined spaces

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn and grow in Fire Prevention Industry
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to stand for 10 hours at a time
  • Ability to squat, lift, & carry 50lbs, a minimum of 100 feet
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of Basic Hands Tool Preferred
  • Must have a Vehicle
  • Must Work Evenings, Weekends & Nights
  • Bilingual is a plus
