Honda of Murfreesboro is HIRING NOW for Express Lube Technicians to perform oil changes, rotate/balance and repair/replace tires, resurface rotors, flush fluids, replace filters, etc.
This is a unique entry-level opportunity to start a rewarding career at our state-of-the-art Service Center! Previous auto mechanical or service department experience is a plus – We will train you! Apply online today!

Responsibilities - Express Lube Technician:

  • Perform multi-point inspection of vehicle including fluids, battery, belts, 
    tires, etc.
  • Change or top off all fluids, grease bearings, check/change oil filter
  • Change, mount, and balance tires
  • Repair and replacement of tires
  • Check tire pressure and add air if needed
  • Maintain the dealership records and provide recommendations to customers regarding their vehicles
  • Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology
  • Responsible for keeping the shop area neat and clean


Qualifications/Requirements - Express Lube Technician:

  • Auto repair experience/training and/or basic auto equipment knowledge preferred
  • Dealership service department experience a plus!
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Good work ethic
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment screening
