Position Summary
This is an entry-level position. Upon being hired, Operations Team Members will learn to read floorplans. Team members' responsibilities will include setting up and breaking down events as well as cleaning before, after, and during events. This position requires physical work. Some of their duties include, but are not limited to, setting chairs, lifting tables, setting staging, and setting dance floor, carpet, and electricity. Since each event has different access times, shift times may vary.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.00
Benefits for part-time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until September 18, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Arrives on time, in uniform, and maintains a high level of professionalism.
  • Participate in all aspects of the conversion process for events.
  • Setting up and tearing down flooring, chairs, barricades, staging, tables, other furnishings, and equipment.
  • Detail cleaning
  • Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
  • Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Work at a fast pace and effectively under pressure and on a stringent schedule to produce accurate results.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, other employees, and patrons encountered in the course of employment.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, or other light power-driven equipment. Training and certification provided.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Experience in one or more of the following: event set-up, cleaning, landscaping, maintenance, manual labor, electric, plumbing, roofing, painting, and/or related field
  • Previous experience using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, or other light power-driven equipment is preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • Able to access all areas of the facility (requires personal mobility), which may include bending, lifting, carrying, moving, climbing, working from various heights, and moderate-to-loud noises.
