Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute trading operations to support the company's investment strategies.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Participate in the execution of model changes, tax-loss harvesting, and firm-wide rebalancing.
  • Collaborate with portfolio management, investment teams, and traders to implement trading strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with trading partners, custodians, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of trading operations.
  • Stay current on market trends, regulatory developments, and other factors that may impact trading decisions.
  • Identify and resolve trading-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work directly with members on resolving complex requests related to IRA transactions, cost basis, and money movement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on a wide range of topics related to managed accounts, account features, and brokerage transactions.
  • Ability to take on special projects and additional duties across the investment operations organization.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in trading operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of trading operations, financial markets, and securities regulations.
  • Experience with an order management system such as Orion strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to meet and consistently maintain the minimum WiFi standards in order to efficiently work in the Company's environment, and effect quality online connections. A minimum of 15+Mbps upload speed, 50Mbps download speed, and a latency of under 100. If these WiFi speeds are not met, it will be the employee's responsibility to troubleshoot and potentially upgrade to meet the minimum speed.
