Entry-Level Warranty Administrator
Wexford, PA
Full-time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing warranty claims in compliance with company policies and manufacturer requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Process all warranty claims in a timely manner, as the repair orders are closed
  • Review and process all returned/rejected/adjusted warranty claims, track each claim until its final resolution
  • Book the appropriate technicians for the hours earned on the operations performed
  • Informing the technician and department management of adjustments as they occur
  • Manage manufacturers company policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on warranty procedures and changes to manufacturer guidelines

Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator in the automotive industry a plus bud not required
  • Knowledge of warranty processes and procedures
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in software applications for processing warranty claims
