You will not only manage traditional and local SEO campaigns but alsobuildstrategies for Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Key Responsibilities

  • Local SEO Mastery:Impact, execute, and scale robust Local SEO strategies across our extensive network of locations.Work with VOC managers tooptimizeGoogle Business Profiles (GBP), local citations, directory listings, andpushlocal link-building initiatives.

  • Next-Gen Search Optimization (AIO, AEO, GEO):Execute our push intothe AI search era.Optimizesite structure, content formatting, and entity associations to ensure Caliber is the primary recommended brand in generative search engines (e.g., Google AI Overviews, Perplexity) and AI chatbots (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance, local map pack rankings, and generative engine visibility. Translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Tool Utilization:Leverage industry-leading SEO and visibility tools daily to track rankings, conduct competitor analysis, andidentifylocal market opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience:2+ years of dedicated SEO experience, with a proventrack recordin enterprise-level or multi-location Local SEO.Ideally aBachelors in Marketing, Technology,Communicationsor another related field.

  • Local SEO Expertise:Deep understanding of local ranking factors, GBP optimization, review generation strategies, and local citation ecosystems.

  • AI/Generative Search Knowledge:Strong grasp of AIO, AEO, and GEO concepts. You should understand how LLMs process information and how to structure data to feed answer engines.

  • Ideal ExperienceWithTools:

  • ProficiencyinAhrefs,Semrush,or similar enterprise SEO platforms.

  • Strong hands-on experience withWhitespark,LocalFalcon,or similar local SEO tools likeBrightLocal.

  • Experience using emergingAI visibility and tracking tools(e.g., tools tracking SGE/AI Overview presence, entity recognition tools, or custom LLM-tracking setups)is a plus.
