Overview:
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering store-level IT rollouts, cloud migration projects, and edge implementations. This role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in multi-vendor environments, engaging with stakeholders such as Google, store owners, and cross-functional IT teams, while applying best practices in project governance and execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of infrastructure and store rollout projects.
  • Manage cloud migration projects with strong experience in resource planning, risk management, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee Edge rollout implementations, collaborating frequently with Google and store owner groups.
  • Build cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across IT, operations, and external vendors.
  • Create detailed project schedules, assign tasks, and provide direction, templates, and tools for execution.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance standards, templates, and documentation practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of completion.
  • Provide best practice recommendations to optimize project management approaches.
  • Track project performance using appropriate metrics and ensure quality control across all phases.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure store feature updates align with infrastructure changes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience as a Project Manager delivering infrastructure and store rollout projects.
  • Proven track record of leading Cloud migration projects (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Strong multi-vendor management experience; ability to engage with Google, store owner groups, and external vendors.
  • Experience with Edge rollout projects.
  • Excellent project management skills: planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with high attention to documentation accuracy.
  • Familiarity with project management standards, templates, and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Nice-to-Have Skills
