This role is ideal for someone who is highly proficient with technology, enjoys teaching, and can quickly learn new software and digital tools.
  • This is an entry level position that can work into a sales position.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct personalized technology orientations during new vehicle deliveries.
  • Guide customers through the setup and use of:
  • FordPass
  • Apple CarPlay & Android Auto
  • Bluetooth connectivity
  • SYNC infotainment system
  • Navigation
  • Driver-assist and safety features
  • Digital displays, settings, and connected vehicle features
  • Complete the Ford Delivery Day Tool for every eligible vehicle delivery, ensuring all required technology setup steps are accurately documented.
  • Answer customer questions and provide a positive, informative delivery experience.
  • Stay up to date on the latest Ford technology, software updates, and vehicle features.


  • When deliveries are not scheduled, assist the sales team by preparing vehicles for delivery, moving vehicles, maintaining the appearance of the showroom and lot, and supporting the sales department with porter duties as needed.

Requirements
  • Must be tech-savvy and confident learning new software, apps, and digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of smartphones, mobile apps, Bluetooth, and connected technology.
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot technology issues and explain features in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
