About the Role
This is an entry-level IT support role focused on providing technical assistance to end users under supervision. You will help install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, and basic network issues, while developing practical skills across a range of technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the resolution of end-user desktop issues, including hardware, software, and printer configuration
  • Install software, hardware peripherals, and support desktop upgrades and rollouts
  • Perform daily backup procedures and follow established support processes
  • Liaise with third-party software and hardware vendors to support issue resolution
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues using software and hardware monitoring tools
  • Provide technical setup and on-site support at selected trade shows, including periodic travel
  • Assist with troubleshooting across hardware, software, telecommunications, and business applications
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Foundational knowledge of computer hardware and software gained through education, certification, or equivalent work experience
